“The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence, it is to act with yesterday’s logic" - Peter F Drucker
The antidote to this is leadership characterised by agility, the ability to make rapid adaptation in response to changing environment. As per the Wikipedia, Agile Leadership is “The ability of a leader to be able to lead well in a wide range of circumstances especially new, changing and ambiguous situations”.
Agile leaders are not driven by ego and a desire for control instead tend to possess a blend of humility, confidence and assertiveness.
They believe in giving everyone a collaborative culture and agile ways of working environment.
They create environment where people can imbibe agile values not in the work but in behaviour too.
The key is to change and adapt the new ways in today’s competitive world. This is not an easy task but not impossible too.
Agile ways of working help in increasing value delivery, customer satisfaction and employee happiness. Similarly, agile mind set changes the leader’s ability to increase self-awareness and brings a think differently attitude which is the first step towards a transforming leader.
This event is for all leaders who would like to share their Agile adoption challenges, experience and learning with the wider audience and for those who would like to learn from others.
